I recently tried the eggs benedict at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the benedikt with chorizo, hollandaise sauce, and perfectly cooked eggs, and it was served with American fries on the side. This was one of the best eggs benedict dishes I have ever had. It wasn't greasy, and the chorizo was incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend trying this dish at Fat Nat's for a satisfying breakfast... View all feedback.
We arrived just before a hurry and got the last table. we enjoyed some of the specials. great crispy and salty hash bread and service that always keeps her coffee cup full.
Had a big waiting que on a sunday afternoon, but the turnaround time was fast considering they had many tables. The food was delicious and worth the wait. the hot cocoa is yumm along with the tasty old school omelette and french toast.
Great American breakfast spot in New Hope. We went on Saturday morning and there was a 15-20 minute. Menu has some classic options, but they also have some specialties I ordered the Julie's and French toast. Food came out quick and the potions were huge! Everything was hot/fresh. If you're looking for a good breakfast spot outside of the Twin Cities, definitely check this place out!
Good food, and served quickly. Also the waiter was efficient and friendly. The wait to get in was very long. There were five of us and new couples coming in were seated quickly. Tables for four were side by side, but instead of seating us they kept filling them with couples. Good food and service. they simply were not smart in seating. Perhaps I should have pointed out that there is more profit with five at two tables than four at two tables, but I didn't want to be impolite.
Fat Nat's consistently offers the best breakfast in the Twin Cities Metro area. Their American Fries are worth the stop alone! The fact that you can get an amazing omelet piled on top of them with homemade salsa and hatch green chili sauce is the icing on the cake. Speaking of cakes... their platr-sized pancakes always come out fresh and delicious themselves! Not to mention that their staff are some of the friendliest and most up-beat folks around and are eager to keep your drink filled and get your food out to you with record speed. I swear their cooks must be on some sort of performance enhancers to get the orders out as quickly as they do!A+ experience all around! My only complaint is that I wish they had longer hours so I could stop in during the week. By the time they open I'm already at work, and they're closed by the time I get home in the afternoons. Sad days!
