Waited in the lobby for 20 mins after opening and nobody even acknowledged that I was there and was hungry terrible service. Idk how you run a business that doesn't sell anything. Last Saturday we went there they were suppose to be open till 10pm about 10 cars in line nobody moving, they then locked the doors at 830 so we left. Went back tonight around 7pm appeared to only have one staff working. The blizzard was so runny you could not eat it, the milkshake was the same and we paid for a medium and got a small. A few weeks before that we gave the staff working a $10 bill and our order was $7 she kept the $3 didn't even realize it until we were almost home. Going to stop going for awhile it's just not worth the trouble.
