I waited 15 minutes for my mobile order, which was supposedly ready before I arrived. The issue was that the lady at the register was having trouble with the customer in front of me. To make matters worse, I got snapped at by a team lead for not standing in the right spot for mobile orders. The biggest Whataburger I've ever been to! The food was fresh and the two story location is an absolute pleasure.
So I am posting publicly so publicly I'm disgusted in the customer service at What a Burger. I'm never spoken to there can be 9 people there well there it could be 20 people in there working they're working and they don't speak. And the Malts or shakeswhatever you want to to call them are mostly water and they never get it right. Be consistent secondly secondly it doesn'tmatter if you like me you like me or not keep it professional that's how you keep your job
What 's the point of being open if it takes 30 minutes to get our order taken than another 30 to get our food. Either hire more people or get better people. Way to slow for a 'fast food ' place
