my man and I are masters. the food quality has always been excellent and everything we have ever received is extremely tasty with the exception of yesterday. both the chicken tweezers and the fried fish were as usual delicious, but overcooked and all our sides (fritte okra, French pommes, yellower rice) were not fresh as if they had eaten all day. and not even warm. stop them from sams to have a meal in the minen store. I was shocked to fly over the number of blacks flying throughout the entire operation. not one or two, but a whole lot of them. I informed the employee about the problem, but it had no influence on them at all. View all feedback.

My husband himself was immersed in Sam about 3 weeks ago, the lady who took our order was so patiently polite, beautiful smile. She brought our food to the table because my husband is on a walker. Then she sat at another table, helped an older gentleman to count his change to pay for his dinner. Customer service was pleasant to warm the heart. So my husband I wanted to stop yesterday was very disappointed! It was another checkout this time her attitude was evil rude. She screamed cursing in the phone only flat, it also looks like she climbed out of the bed, came to work. Don't focus on the food alone is the reason why we never eat in there again.

The food was great! It was fresh, hot, and flavorful! Definitely received quality AND quantity for the price! On the other hand- the service kinda lacked. The cashier definitely did not want to be there, but still gave us what we asked for. It was very toasty in there. We dined in and I really don't believe the air conditioner kicked on at all, if there even was one. And there were several items on the menu that weren't available; this was okay though because there were several options to substitute in their place... But again, the food was so good that it made up for the cons I listed!

This dirty rice is completely inedible. Completely! The 2nd time this has happened. This fish was ok though.

Great food. They are limited at this time due to the snow/ice storm that recently shut the area down. I ordered to 2 fish/2shrimp/2 crab cakes w/sides. Awesome deal for $9.99. Fish was not greasy like some places (LGS/Capt D?s). Next time I am in the area, I will definitely come back and try something new. Thank you for being close to 3 truck stops. Drivers appreciate having a different choice from the regular fast food places.

This place is great for a quick bite right off the FWY with truck parking. Food was crisp, not too greasy and fresh tasting. I'm glad I stopped by and grabbed a bite. Then grabbed a bite to go since it was so darn good and the hearty portions definitely put me to work. I'll be coming back here often whenever I'm on this route. Great food!
