Wendy's - Milwaukee

Food was average Wendy's standard. Staff was friendly however they forgot the fries and then when we tried to go into the building to get them the doors were locked and they told us to go through the drive thru, which at that point had a huge linethat was moving very slow. Why not just get the fries and bring them out to us?

Don't listen to the broken tooth lady no one there is missing any teeth second yes I know the place well workers have attitudes but so do the guess if you just order calm and clear they would serve you with much more respect if you have a problem ask ifyou can speak to the manager in a calm collective way no snapping we don't like that work for wendy's 4 times yes food isn'talways the best cause of bad employees but orders are usually right just not made right with neatness

Despite only the drive-through being open, the wait was well worth the time to experience their delicious Classic Chicken sandwich. The veggies were fresh and crispy as advertised, and the staff was very thorough and friendly. Looking forward to mynext delectable experience! Keep up the great work and wonderful dining experience

When I went to the drive-through at 7pm, the employee played an automated message stating the store was closed (when they close at 11pm and other cars were in the drive-through) then proceeded to listen to my privateconversation about debating on leaving and chimed in to say go ahead . Corporate should fire everyone or close this location.Extremely unprofessional.

Place seems extremely short staffed which can cause extremely long waits being as only the drive thru is currently open, yet this location gets the order accurate when taking it. If the only thing I didn't like was the wait for food (again, due to beingshort staffed) and forgetting the straws for the sodas? I'm okay with it.
