Pret A Manger - Milton Keynes

I really enjoyed my experience at Pret. I ordered a club sandwich and a mocha. The staff member who assisted us was very friendly. The tables were all clean and the hostess was extremely helpful and efficient. I wanted to write this review to specifically thank her, as my experiences at Costa have often been unpleasant due to dirty tables. It was refreshing to have a clean booth to sit at in Pret.

The manager's attitude was rude and unfriendly. Since the main reason we stopped by was to warm the bottle, I decided to return the drinks and asked for a refund. The manager complied, and we left. As we left, I made sure to let others know what had happened, and an elderly lady agreed that it was ridiculous not to provide hot water for a baby's bottle. We then went to Costa and later Greggs, both of which were happy to provide us with hot water. I believe it is unreasonable for a company not to accommodate a family with a baby who is willing to spend money in their store. We will not be returning to this company after this experience, and I hope that they reconsider their policies and the behavior of their manager.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to eat. The coffee is the best and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent - we couldn't resist going back for seconds. Everything was well made again and again. Highly recommend this spot!

I visited her coffee shop today and ordered a flat white americano. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier told me it was complimentary. It truly made my day. I have shared my experience with everyone and discovered online that the staff can offer free drinks to customers who need them. What a fantastic marketing strategy. Thank you so much.

The staff at the restaurant was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The dining experience was fantastic, especially for someone like me who is following a slimming plan, as there were plenty of options available.
