What Linda Swanson doesn't like about The Suburban Farmhouse:
We were looking forward to a new dining experience before going to an event at Milton Theater. Unfortunately, the three of us were disappointed. The menu is very limited and we thought expensive for what we got. No bread was offered with our wine. More importantly, three of the four items were rather bland and uninteresting. Given the overall high Google review ratings we were surprised, and that rarely happens. View all feedback.

They recently added a menu and expanded the hours to meet the needs of the theatre visitors. They offer sandwiches and other treats like baked goods. Look at the pictures! There are sofas for laying, but no Wi-Fi because they want you to talk to each other. Very sweet. Many decorative items that are unique!
The Suburban Agriturismo is a family-run and operated café located on Federal Street in Milton. The farmhouse is known for its fresh, light and seasonal fare. It was described as a pleasant mix between a contemporary coffee shop and a traditional agricultural restaurant. Almost everything on the menu is made daily with local ingredients, and their soups, French toast and gourmet pizza are always among their most popular offers. For those with a sweet tooth, they have an impressive selection of baked goods and a variety of juices, teas, coffees and chocolate drinks, both hot and cold.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but the hot chocolate is wonderful. Thick, rich, creamy and foamy. I needed a spoon to put the foamy stuff in the cup. Also a brownie. It was delicious.
Food was very good, and people were super nice. Had a very secret feeling. If they have them, you must preserve the homemade cookies with strawberries, and a pad of butter (Finally ask for it warmed)
We stopped here today and as we walked in the door we were treated by the barista singing beautifully to the music in the background. We had a couple of flatbread pizzas and ice tea for lunch. We enjoyed our lunch and we will stop in again. The best part was a coconut macaroon for dessert...!
