Lucy's Hideaway - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Lucy's Hideaway:
We were just there tonight in hopes of a yummy burger and drink after a long week— and not only did my husband have to go to the bar after 15 minutes to get drinks and menus, but after 30 minutes one even acknowledged us or came to take our order. It wasn’t busy and one of the servers/bartenders was eating a mean right next to our table. We will not be returning. View all feedback. What User likes about Lucy's Hideaway:
I am completely in love with this restaurant. The bartenders are always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is fantastic. The music was a bit too loud for a Tuesday at 3 o'clock, but that's just how it is. I visited again on Friday and was a little disappointed that they couldn't make my favorite spinach dip, but the food was still delicious and the service was excellent as usual. View all feedback.
