Went there and saw the special they had on the wall advertising breakfast egg cheese croissant for $3.00 if you buy a coffee. I ordered 3 orders with coffee. But they said they couldn't charge me the sale price because it wasn't coming up in the computer as such. So they charged took off a dollar and charged me regular price. Went there and saw the special they had on the wall advertising breakfast egg cheese croissant for $3.00 if you buy a coffee. I ordered 3 orders with coffee. But they said they couldn't charge me the sale price because it wasn't coming up in the computer as such. So they charged took off a dollar and charged me regular price. I didn't want a refund because I was getting it f or my hungry Family outside. I was very disappointed, to say the least.
Was driving through with my kids on March 3rd, stopped to get some food and drinks while we rested inside. The worker was polite but very slow. I was understanding because there was 7 of us so one at a time we ordered. When the price came up it seemed a little high but I paid it. Before I could look at the receipt the worker said she owed me a refund. She over charged me for 6 drinks (she has to get the manager). They were extremely slow making our food and drinks but again I understood. Finally, the manager came out screaming at the employees, asked the lady that over charged me what she messed up now. She told the manager then the manager said fine now go and pushed her away. After I told her the only thing we still needed was a bagel and cream cheese, she went to the back a threw a bag with my bagel, the cream cheese, and a knife in it. The rest of the time the manager just walked around screaming at employees and customers for talking. She was also slamming chair everywhere. This woman hates her job and has to go.
We are regular customers and come through the drive through to order our coffee. Normally, the customer service is excellent. We always ask for Splenda added to our coffee and they are happy to add it. But today, they wouldn't add it and were not friendly. They gave us Splenda packets so we can add it to our coffee. I don't know if she was having a bad day or new, but this is the first time we were told that they don't add Splenda or sugar to the coffee? What?!
Whoever is making frozen coffee at12:45 Feb 13 2024 is on point today!
Service was not good, got charged for food that I never got.
