We arrived to jokes and a smile, and welcomed in as if we were old friends. The owner greeted and sat us and asked, “can you trust me to give you an experience you’ll never forget?!?”... and he did not disappoint. It was beautiful to see someone so passionate about their craft, he explained each dish in great detail. From the wine to the dessert, the apps and the multiple courses we were given. I was a happy as I was full! We were given a complimentary appetizer as well as dessert beverages along with our 5 course meal. The best pasta in Milan? So far it was the best pasta I’ve had in my multiple trips all across Italy. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a full experience. ...my favorite part, he played Ray Charles Greatest Hits during dinner after finding out we were from the states. I cannot wait for my next visit to Milan, as I will ABSOLUTELY will be back to visit this place again!

Owner does talk everyone in to eating what he wants you to have, but in a very nice way. He also does not want to serve vegetarians so don’t go if this is what your after. I also agree we were charged for appetisers that were not mentioned in his sales pitch. So go with the understanding you will pay a fair price for excellent food, great service and an enjoyable experience. The wine was lovely and good value. Definitely worth a visit if your near. Not sure if brave enough to return to choose from the menu and see how the owner handles this......
