The manager and staff are awesome... I wanted them to deconstruct my sandwich put everything on the side .. the manager said no problem... I was very impressed with their customer service.. but I had not had a Whopper in about 2 year.. so I said let's tryone I remember them being delicious... something about the meat was different I don't know there was like a lot of little chewyparts to the meat it just wasn't very... What Fern Morissette doesn't like about Burger King:
they can't hear them very well when they place their order and then when they get into the window they get their articles to pick up and they need to go back because two of their sandwiches lack, this has happened a few times. I understand that they try to go faster, but go faster means they miss the largest part of the order. View all feedback.
The food was pretty good. The staff was pretty amazing. I would definitely go back just for the employees.
Back in 2019 I would review this as a 4 star. Since then though they have been hiring the worst crew for night shift. Went to the drive through waited 10 minutes no one ever came but could hear laughing and cutting up through the microphone. This hadhappened multiple times.
The two women at the drive through today were the rudest people I have ever in countered. They yelled at me through the speaker. Interrupting me every time I spoke. I suggest getting more friendly people.
The child at the window was very rude when I informed her that I was missing a salad, I had ordered 2, then when I returned to work, I discovered that the chicken sandwich that I had ordered, and repeated 3 times along with the whole order, had miraculously turned into a whopper! Also had ordered the new jalapeño bite things and didn't get those... -1.
Where do I begin? Well my brothers and I stopped here for breakfast. The attendant taking the order rushed me and did not even hear everything I said (when she clearly asked me to clarify and I did). We had a gift card on our phone and the cashier at the pay window didn 't even know how to deal with it. The manager comes and she doesn 't even know how to deal with it either ! (LOL) Wow. Next window, food was given. Left my drink off, had to wait to get it fixed. I asked about my other food item, she didn 't hear me , and I drive off to realize they didn 't even give me anything to stir my coffee with. Goofy! What ya 'll think I am gonna use? Food was bland, cold, and oily. Ya 'll know better! If ya 'll was paying for it, ya 'll would have been throwing a fit! Get it together.
