1 star just so I can write our experience here! After a 10-hour drive, with two children, 3 and 12 years old, we came here at 9:30 p.m. bag and pack and they forgot to change our reservation. After written confirmation and about 6 hours prior call, we got no room. So all we could do was keep driving. There were still 500 kilometers ahead of us. We got caught in a storm and ended up getting home shattered at 4am. I find it absurd how and by whom we were received. This person had no idea! We are still waiting in vain for a response to our email. VanBoom.

Unfortunately the booking did not take place. Despite confirming the offer in writing and calling again, our booking was ruined. Booking management is accordingly underground. Luckily, I requested another written confirmation 2 days before the start of the trip. Otherwise we would have been standing in front of a crowded hotel late in the evening. That will not do. Rooms: 1
