Kfc - Feedback

What Guale Ozuna doesn't like about Kfc:
This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. The manager insulted me, and they forgot to include the strips and biscuits in my order despite reassurance that it was complete. They also don't start preparing mobile orders until you arrive, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead on the app. This store should take notes from other locations that handle orders more efficiently.
