Food quality also varied, with some enjoying delicious dishes while others were disappointed. Overall, there seemed to be inconsistency in both service and food quality across different dining experiences. Despite these issues, positive aspects included friendly staff, great drinks, and pleasant surprises such as happy hour deals. The atmosphere was lively but could be noisy at times. Customers had a range of experiences, from disappointing to thoroughly enjoyable.
My daughter and I just had the best experience. Our waitress paid for our food which was delicious and she did not have to do that. Unfortunately we didnt catch her name but we had a wonderful experience.Food: 5/5
First time here for me. However, my son has been here several times and said dad we have to go there the chicken tenders are the best and so is the pizza. He wasn't lying amazing pizza. Service was spectacular. The hostess was very kind and attentive even brought refills and asked if we needed anything. The waitress Allie was great she was basically the only waitress and bartender and was doing a phenomenal job. Keep up the good work.
Family of four, stopped in at 9:05 and they were open until 10. Ordered chicken wings and basic Pepperoni Detroit Pizza, individual size. The pizza was definitely older and microwaved. Chewy stale crust that even resisted a knife, with globs of previously melted cheese that had since solidified. Little Caesar’s would’ve been gourmet by comparison. We waited as long or longer than any take out pizza, so no reason why it could not have been fresh. There were hardly any customers, and the staff seemed to be the definition of burned out, somehow understaffed with nothing going on. The waitress was nice, but she seemed to bring the food out hesitantly, knowing it wasn’t great. Likely not wanting to deal with backlash, which of course we did not do that to her.I had been here a few years back and everything was hot and fresh and the place was booming. Clearly has gone way downhill.
Ordered from door dash. They only had 2 options to choose from a 9 PC or a 25 PC. There is only 2 of us so we ordered the 9pc. When it got here I was so shocked! It was 9 tiny pcs. Didn't even resemble a pizza (see photo) the crust was tough and chewy. Never will I go or order again! Of course door dash does nothing but notify the restaurant. I don't want to pay for this garbage!
I’ve been going here since they opened. It is disappointing to see the amount of customers decline, and I hope they do not close in the near future. If you’re into drinking beer this is place offers a neat rewards program where you consistently earn free merchandise and discounts. Bartenders are amazing and always socialize with guests.Parking: Large parking lot and easy to find a spot right up front.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs required to dine in this place and bathrooms are easy in and out.
