Amazing service, the staff are super attentive and always on the ball getting refills or making sure you're comfortable. Wait times for food was minimal at around 10 minutes after our order was placed. we had not eaten here in 3 years, thought we would give them a try again, but only on some pages and appetizers. My man I stopped on a Saturday for a late lunch. the restaurant was clean, eating is good the staff is friendly. we had conner as our server he told us that it was only his second day! he was very friendly, personal and made a great work. he made sure that we had every amount of glasses that our tee glasses were never empty. conner is wonderful! we have left a good tip management, how good conner is!
Most awful customer service. First they gave us someone else’s order, we took it back in they just set it out to hand it to whoever it belonged to. Yes we had opened it. They still got my order wrong so disappointing.
I ordered food from door dash but no delivery was made. I then called cotton patch and explained to Sara the manager what happened...omg to my surprise she made it right got the food finished to perfection and personally delivered it to my apartment amazing service food at people that work there! Thank you.
Only 2 stars cause the manager was great when we saw her at the beginning. We didn’t mind the wait, it was a busy night everywhere. The guy wasn’t getting names to be seated. The manager had to come up and get the names. The waitress came very quickly to get our drink order. I’m not sure her name, cause all did she just came up asked what we wanted to drink and never introduced herself. We saw her a total of 4 times. Chicken fried chick our chicken fried steak was cold. Okra tastes freezer burnt and my husbands Mac and cheese was burnt. One of didn’t get our side of veggies and we got NO refills. We even had to get up and ask for a check as most of the employees were at the bar talking. We aren’t big complainers and are just happy we got to eat, but we spent over 80 dollars on food we couldn’t even eat.
Out of here. seldom order hamburger, it was well made crisp. fries tasted like a salt licking and soggy cold, I was actually there early to pick up, not sure how long it sat there. when I looked at my credit card while I made my bills a week or so later, they have uploaded my card for a tipp I did not authorize. the manager called to let her know. first where they were rude, I was kind of dishonest, but I spoke to another woman who was more professional and cared for it. will not be back!
