I'm actually surprised at the low ratings, so thought I'd try to help bring it up! We've been here a couple times and loved it both times. Last time we went, we took family from out of town with us, and they all loved it, too. The jalapeño bun is amazing as well as the onion rings! Burgers taste fresh and milkshakes are an indulgent treat! No complaints from us! View all feedback.

I live very close to the restaurant so it's very convenient. The burgers are decent but it's truly a hit or Miss place. Sometimes they get your order correct sometimes not. Sometimes the burger is juicy and seasoned well other times the meat hasn't seen so much of a flake salt or pepper and it's dry as a bone and over cooked. Arrived at 8:16 PM, ordered at 8:19 PM. Total of 8 people in the restaurant including myself and my wife who had just walked in. The other 6 people were already sitting down waiting for their order. 9:00 PM rolls around and still NO FOOD I then ask for a REFUND at the register to find all of the STAFF STANDING AROUND and not a single burger on the grill. I will not be coming back and I suggest you don't bother coming either.

Amazing chicken sandwich!! We had a special staff meeting with over 20 in their private room and had amazing service! Great food everyone loved it .
MAMACITA!!!!!! You want one of the best Cheeseburgers in all of west Texas????? Try this place!Chuck and Patty’s is a classic style hamburger grill. They do only hamburgers and they are great! Actually I take that back… I think they had a chicken sammich and tuna sammich option…. Maybe a salad option… but for me there was only one option! — the chuck patty grand cheeseburger!!!!Their French fries are hand cut and put in the frier AFTER you order. Top notch stuff there.If you like a few cold beers with your burger??? Well chuck has 1000s on ice!!!Check this place out. You will LOVE IT.
Onion rings?! All breading no onions! This place used to be really good. Would not recommend!!
