Was meeting a friend for a walk at Cliff Walk stopped here for a vanilla chai latte as I was very early. The latte was great although I don’t drink coffee the aroma inside was fabulous! There were many folks sitting enjoying themselves. The line was out the door but the baristas were very efficient friendly! Will definitely stop in again when I am in town for some of the delicious looking desserts another chai! View all feedback.

I used an online app to order for pickup. Despite being given a pickup time, the coffee was never ready when I arrived. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 2 out of 5. View all feedback.
This charming café offers delicious pastries, a variety of breakfast sandwiches, and overnight oats. The interior has a pleasant atmosphere and there is also outdoor seating available.
Whenever we visit Newport, we make sure to stop by this restaurant. The service is consistently fast and the quality of the coffee and food is unmatched in the area. The staff is always friendly and efficient, ensuring that our orders are quickly prepared without sacrificing quality.
During our visit to Middletown/Newport, we came back to this restaurant three times. The coffee, which is roasted on-site with great care and attention, was excellent. The espresso was not overly strong and still had a rich flavor. We highly recommend trying the overnight oats with fresh fruit.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and efficient, especially during busy morning hours! The interior is very inviting. I absolutely loved the spinach and feta croissant. I will definitely be returning next time.
Visitors to Aquidneck Island have limited options for a morning coffee outside of the usual chain restaurants. Fortunately, there is Custom House. This cozy and visually appealing small business is run by its employees, popular with locals, and just a short drive from downtown Newport. The coffee beans are roasted on-site, filling the air with rich, earthy scents in the mornings. Custom House provides take-out, call ahead, online ordering, and other convenient options for busy customers. (Wi-Fi is available for two hours with each purchase)
