Be so excited that Middlebury's are doing their best to open up! The new owners are so friendly and helpful! Love the new menu and the options they offer too! Definitely will come back regularly? the new owners are happy to be open and very accepting of feedback and/or advice from customers in order to maintain and improve the quality of their business.

Edited 3/17/18..Stopped in business for the first time under new ownership. Everything looks clean and new with a new selection of flavors as well as some of the old ones. I had a vanilla and chocolate custard twist with cake crunch and it was excellent! A nice, rich taste with a smooth texture. A wide range of ice cream flavors, smoothies and all kinds of toppings are offered. We're excited to try some of the new flavors as well.. The Best Frozen Yoghurt Bar no..not even a vanilla type but their triple chocolate-vanilla twist has a taste and texture that's second to none, then add your choice of Torppings as well.Cake crunches my favorite.

Imagine how surprised I was to discover a waffle cone and a small cone was $16

Wow!!!! Holy cow expensive!!! $8.39 for a medium Icecream (granted got cookie dough bits on top). No wonder Carvel is so busy all the time, this middlebury Icecream shop is the most expensive I’ve ever bought from in 40 years! Just holy Cow ?
