Spice - Middleburg

Love love! We came here in a mood. I wanted something else for a change. We will definitely return! We had the pig bell app, but ate it before I could make a picture lol Omg melts in your mouth. We also had the Ribeye Taco App, Hawaiian Burger, Green Curry with chicken, vegetables and shrimps, Cinnamon Roll carrot cake! No disappointment, not even a little. We both loved everything, including the environment and our waitress.

A breath of fresh air to the atmosphere and farewell. Second visit (8 months after the beginning of January 2020): The locals were doubled and the search for a table was no problem at all during our visit. Our meals were not only prepared, but with attention to detail in design and preparation. It is still a place that is not recommended for a quick bite to eat during your 30-minute lunch break, because in my two visits only one person took care of everything for the whole place.

This is a great addition to the Middleburg area. The staff was polite and attentive. The menu was atypical for every restaurant, but it offered many different options. We ordered the warfare appetizer and that was an interesting combination of fresh frits with mayonnaise and satay sauce. The taste in the Satay sauce was fantastic and the frits were very fresh. I ordered the chicken corma and it was well seasoned and was not too sharp. The chicken was very tender, tenderer than any other restaurant. My sister ordered the Speck Marmeladeburger. It was a very interesting combination of bacon and grill sauce and the burger was different from anything we ever had. The taste was really good and I would recommend if you like bacon and barbecue sauce. We also ordered the goat butter cake for dessert and it was well made and tasted like other goat buttercakes we had. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming and it felt like a place I could relax for hours. If you are interested in trying different things and looking for something else, then I highly recommend this place. It is definitely different than anything else you get in Middleburg and they do a good job to report the flavors and a delicious meal.

I love it! Will definitely go back. So many dishes to choose from. Very cozy atmosphere. Many drinks and desserts are available. Child-friendly menu for children)

Food is absolutely amazing, some of the best food I have had outside of jax. Hands down the best restaurant in middleburg. Place is very small, but the food makes up for it. Highly recommended from a proud foodie.
