Service is extremely friendly and works smoothly, and the additional atmosphere can almost be called amicable. The food, the most important part of the experience, never disappoints either. One of the few restaurants where the price is not yet a deterrent, because it is simply still affordable. Personally, I highly recommend the mocktails, the refreshing character of a cocktail in an alcohol-free package is irresistible. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options abound.
Really, really, really bad! We had to wait more than 40 minutes for our food, which was not even the worst because that can happen sometimes, but I received something different than what I had ordered and I reported this to the manager, she wanted to deny this at first until I showed a photo of the menu! Doesn't matter either! mistakes can happen but please don't deny it! And my girlfriend's meal was super dry and really disgusting and when we also pointed this out, she finally suggested with difficulty that we order something else, but unfortunately we no longer had time for this! And yet we had to pay for 2 meals that we had barely touched! Normally I would never leave a negative review because if I don't have a good experience then I just won't go again and I really don't bother being so negative, but this time I really couldn't resist!

Ate here yesterday and ordered unlimited spareribs, among other things. After more than an hour we got our food (while the place was not even 10% full). The portion of spare ribs was maybe half of a normal portion and the fries were cold. Not lukewarm but cold. I immediately ordered a new portion of spare ribs because otherwise I thought I would still be here tomorrow. Then we got half a rib of ribs. Apparently the tactic is to lure people with unlimited spare ribs and make them wait so long and always serve mini portions (and cold) until they think: I'm going to eat that crap from the McDonalds next door, then at least I've eaten something. before closing time. So we did that. Very sorry. The waitress with the curly hair was a bright spot, a nice, enthusiastic girl. But the food was 3 times nothing
