Chili's - Michigan City

Really good service here from a professional waitress. This stood out as she looked after my group with a few special requests and was able to assist with the menu. The food was great and matched what my expectation of Chili's is. The only improvement Icould ask for would have been cleaner restrooms.

Wishing Chili's would bring back their cold turkey sandwiches. Sandwiches offered are mostly chicken and hamburgers. Years ago they offered warm cinnamon apples and pasta salad. I was very disappointed in their menu. The sever was pleasant and she did thebest she could for being understaffed. Most likely won't be going back for awhile.

Terrible... That's all I can say. The waitress was friendly to the other customers but not to us. The food was disappointing. My husband ordered a bowl of chili that I could smell was bad from across the table. His cheeseburger was undercooked, and my Cajun chicken looked like it had been taken from leftover plates. We waited a long time for our bill and eventually had to go to the bar to pay (where she was also the bartender). She didn’t give us the correct change, and when my husband pointed it out, she got an attitude. I haven't been back in eight years, and after tonight, I won't be returning.

The two waitresses who served us only came to the table to drop off the food; we had to flag down another waitress just to get a drink. Out of the five meals we ordered, three were acceptable, but two needed to be returned, and there was no offer to remake them. After spending $90 and leaving a 20% tip that I felt was undeserved but felt obliged to give, we left still hungry and ended up making a frozen pizza at home. I will not be returning to this location.

I had a surprisingly excellent dish of chicken pasta. One of my companions ordered the half rack of ribs but couldn't finish it. The waitstaff were friendly and genuine. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
