The customer service at Starbucks is actually much improved since my last visit. They now recognize regular customers and ensure that no one is overlooked when it comes to food or drink orders. The environment is clean and well-organized. Keep up the great work! View all feedback.

I order from the app- and barely ever have my drink ready to pick up in 10 mins. Now I order 15 mins and still have to wait… and on occasions they disable order ahead feature on the app.. one of worst Starbucks locations View all feedback.

Friendly staff always get our orders right! I love them
What's wrong with these guys? They don't let you use the bathroom. You charge customers for the most expensive coffee in the world and you don't want to let us use the bathroom? Must be fined by the City
The staff here are incredibly friendly, are embroidered and have a great mood. probably the best Starbucks staff I've ever seen.
Terrible customer service. they do not even allow customers to use the toilet room.
