Rubio's Costal Grill - Miami

I ate lunch and it was awesome . Customer service was great and I can’t wait to go back. I loved the portions and the food taste so good!!!

I've worked downtown for 10 years and for some reason I have never visited this gem. They have an amazing menu but I decided to try the lamb burger w/ caramelized onion and a egg fried hard. For some reason I can no longer eat a burger without an egg on it. I really enjoyed the restaurant and. It's only about a 5 min walk from where I work. The staff was nice and welcoming. The restaurant is a bit small but it's clean and looked nice. I really enjoyed the lamb burger and also the fries were crispy and delicious as well. I think I'll go back tomorrow to try the whole fish.

Ate here couple of times they are always busy which is good means the food is fresh and not sitting around. I like the lentil soup. Today I had the tabouli salad it was so good with the fresh herbs. I also had the meat gyros wrap it was nice and juicy. I order fries as well and put some fries in the wrap I felt like I was in Greece.

Rude and terrible customer service! I was a tourist and they treated me like I was a bum from the street. I will never spend another dollar here. Beware tourists spend your money where businesses value you.In response to the owners message about spreading kindness I say lead by example. I offered to buy something from your eatery and the waiter and waitress ignored me like I was trash. No matter what they say none of this exemplary business practice in a tourist community!
