What User doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but on this particular visit, the service was lacking. I ordered a quarter of white-meat chicken with rice and beans, but instead received four containers of just beans. Terrible service! No checkout available to order inside (car through or online only took over 40 minutes to get the simple order!
I've been to location often but today was NOT a good experience. The drive through attendant sneered at me for telling him my order wasn't correct. Didn't want any more of that treatment so I took it home. It was NOT good. DO BETTER Pollo Tropical.
Customer Service terrible, have you standing like mannequins in the front for 5-10 minutes and walk right by you without taking an order. Manager on duty today 03/14/2022 at 5:15pm didnt even bother to step in. This makes you loose appetite and not want to ever eat at this restaurant again. Hire a person to take order and kitchen workers seperate cause this property is highly low staffed.
We had a wonderful mean of grilled meats, plantain, rice and beans. It's a fast food place but doesn't offer usual fast food fare. It was delicious and well-prepared. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. It didn't cost a lot of money to eat there.
The worst location for this store, parking is always full never enough, when they use to have the indoor dining open . Now the line is ridiculously long at the drive up, and the food portion is horrendous, it looks like they just slap the food on your tray and bag it everything is dry with no flavor, plantains are not fresh steak is dry. Management needs to do better at this location.
