the Ice Machine/Frappe Machine NEVERRR works. we? ve went about midnight and much of the time that? if they don't work, what in this case we are? As usual. but now even during the day they have NIE any drinks that are so. at night even before midnight they run out of almost any food item and have only one or two items to offer. always on orders. This means that the manager isn'tordering enough supply for the demand. Yesterday my burgers weren't salted so it tasted super bland and pretty gross. Isometimes also find little particles in my soda drinks. This McDonald's is literally always busy and needs a sense of urgencyin hiring those missing positions. Offer a dollar more to their pay. I rather pay my employees a dollar more an hour than losecustomers to long wait lines in the drive through, mainly. The customer service has always been great though.
DO NOT go here. They explode at you, don?t give you what you ordered or a refund, close too early, pretend not to speak English after they just were, and they claim that women don?t serve curbside customers. Huh? You will sit at curbside for an hour beforeyou either leave or move to the drive-through, they expect you to guess. Caught them in multiple lies. The line was so bad thatI could see inside from both sides and the staff weren?t all-female as they randomly claimed. I ordered at 8:32 on a Monday andagree that their 8:30 shift are chronically a problem. I?ve been avoiding this place in favor of the one in Palmetto Bay foryears exactly because they speak English and get your order right the first time. They gave me a bag with the wrong sauce asopposed to what I paid extra for and only a few loose fries in it. It looks like my fries are missing because they put them inthen took them back out
English Translation of my Spanish speaking mothers experience at this facility that she wrote herself in Spanish: I felt I was discriminated on basis of classism. The manager did not let me buy food from the store because I do not own/ drive a car, andbecause I am not technologically proficient. The store was under construction and I asked 2 workers chatting outside if theadult happy meal was in stock. 1 of them told me that they were and quickly turned around to her co-worker and said, I chosethe wrong time to be outside . I then ask how I could purchase one as there was construction occurring within the inside of thestore. She curtly told me that I needed to download the app. Since I don 't know how to download the app, I asked if I couldorder it from the drive-thru she said, Do what you want . I went to the drive-thru on foot and started to order, the personsaid they didn 't speak Spanish and to go to the next window. When I got there, I faced the same lady that had been so rude to meminutes before. She said, I told you that you have to get the app to order I said 'I don 't know how to download it, I amnot good with technology and she said I am not selling it to you because you do not have a car . I asked dots peak to themanager since she would not sell the food to me and she replied that she was the manager so I said okay thank you and left.There was no need for her to be so mean to me because Im not technologically proficient and because I do not own or drive a car.
I just got a DoorDash order sent, but when I opened the bag it was missing a burger and the sauce packets I asked for. Now I have to pay for something I never got. Store won't pickup calls either. So if I have to go there to basically get my missingfood, then there was no point getting it DoorDashed.
I came here just to get a water bottle but there were like 20 cars in the drive thru so i tried going inside around 7:45 PM and they were already closed. The person inside saw me trying to open the door but he just ignored me so i had to wait in the drivethru for 30 minutes just to get some water and they have the slowest service. 0/10
