I want to start by highlighting the kind and hardworking staff at this restaurant. When I approached the counter, I was greeted by a friendly young man named Alex Rodriguez, who welcomed me with a big smile. I have no complaints; he was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He understands how to treat the people of Miami. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
quality is always consistent, but there is one worker working on the thru window tomorrow (which is responsible for transferring orders to customers) who has a clear job problem. I have found out today that it is not receptive to the needs of the customer. I had told her again and again that I did not require the use of a plastic spoon with my flea; She said okay, but of course, when she gave me my order, I found a p... View all feedback.
Polite staff, good location, fast service. But Bathroom was not clean, unfortunately. I hope administration will pay attention on issues like this.
I would like to start off by saying at what friendly and hardworking staff they have. As I pulled up to the window a nice young man who if I recall went by the name of Alex Rodriguez greeted me with a big smile. I have no complaints, he was veryprofessional and knew what he was doing. He knows how to treat the people of Miami.
We spent an agonizing hour in the drive-thru. I wanted to leave, but the layout of the place was so poorly designed that I couldn't escape; I was forced to wait. The other patrons were less than pleasant, making us feel uncomfortable, and I couldn't understand why the manager hadn't addressed this issue. After waiting an hour, a rude employee finally took our order. I ordered a Big Mac and a Nuggets Happy Meal for my daughter, as my wife had already lost her appetite. I paid with cash, but the employee claimed he didn't have any change to give me, so he handed me three stale cookies instead. The tension in our car was palpable—we just wanted to get our food and leave. When we finally received our meal and drove home, my daughter discovered a hot dog instead of the nuggets in her Happy Meal. I didn't even know they served hot dogs! She cried the entire way home, which only added to my wife's frustration. When I got home, tired and ready to enjoy my Big Mac, it turned out to be the worst one I had ever seen—honestly, a child could have done a better job. I felt utterly humiliated, and that night my wife lost all respect for me. The very next day, she took our daughter and filed for divorce, stating that she couldn’t be with a man who "lets himself be walked all over." Think twice before visiting this place.
I was not happy with the customer service during my visit. I decided to try the pumpkin spice latte, but I was disappointed to find that the cup was only three-quarters full and lukewarm. When I brought this up to the cashier, he insisted that this was how it was meant to be. He also seemed reluctant to heat it up in the microwave when I asked. Unfortunately, there was hardly any pumpkin spice flavor, and it wasn't until I reached the bottom of the cup that I realized the syrup had settled there. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I don't plan on returning.
