Bubba Gump Shrimp - Miami

The food was really good. We order steam Cajun shrimps and the sea food feast. Everything was so good. The cajun flavor for the shrimps was delicious. I recommend this place if you want sea food.

My kids are super picky eaters but everyone seemed to find something they loved and devoured. Cheese pizza, corn dog bites, cheese burger, and Mac and cheese. The customer service is great here too. I love that you can wave down help without having to wave your arm or get up.

Chris is an amazing guy.. he made one of the best mojito’s I ever had. A must try is mama’s mango mojito. Suhai was excellent with her service. I asked her for recommendations to the drink and suggested to try the mango mojito and it turned out to be my best decision. She also gave me suggestions with the food. I loved the fried shrimps a must try. They both had a good smile on their face. Could get a happy feeling at this place .. good vibes. Thank you Suhai and Chris for your excellent service and being so awesome. I am definitely going to visit cos I liked the food and drink and also because of the superb service and nice people at Bubba Gump. Highly recommended.

Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by a pleasant and polite lady, whose cheerful energy was a delight. After being seated, we found ourselves waiting quite a long time before the server arrived. It was clear they were busy and a bit understaffed, so we didn’t mind too much. When the server finally came to our table to take our drink and appetizer order, we ended up waiting another 20 to 30 minutes for our drinks. It seemed like he might have forgotten to place the order, but we were in no hurry. When our food finally arrived, it was quite tasty. Although the sandwich was a bit messy, we managed to handle it after cutting it. The complimentary cup was a nice touch, too.

I didn't have a great experience at this restaurant. We had to wait over 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We were informed that only one server was working on the outdoor tables on a busy Saturday afternoon, even though we noticed three staff members outside. To make matters worse, we saw some staff members at the next table eating while still in uniform. Our fish and hush puppies were quite dry, and one of our children's meals was missing altogether. While our server from inside did her best, the overall experience was disappointing—especially since it was my birthday.
