Frieze Ice Cream Factory - Miami Beach

I probably had higher expectations than what I experienced. ice was freezing when it was frozen over and over. very expensive for the tiny shovel I received.

Very dissapoint! the load gave about the wrong order and their answer was that I should contact about that I will be reborn! but they left me without my command, that was actually dessert for some guests I had to dinner! it was the load fault! Today they lost 3 pints eis that I throw away and also lost a customer!

I'm pretty disappointed by this place. I expected much better based on the reviews but the ice cream did not live up to the hype. We came around 7- 8 pm, there was no wait. We were able to try max 2 samples before making a decision. The icecream scoop I ended up buying was icy and pretty mediocre. Maybe because it wasn't refrigerated correctly or it's the last bit of ice cream in the container. It was the end of the day so there wasn't a lot of ice cream left in the containers. The ice cream was not worth $6. I felt as if I was eating the leftover frosty bit from a tub of icecream that I could've gotten from CVS or Wahlgreens. I got strawberry btw. The sorbets sound good though.

I don't know if I'm just picky, but for all the hype, this place didn't really have that great of ice cream. I got a vanilla and Dulce de Leche and they were both too sweet, even when sharing with two other people we couldn't finish the two scoops! Besides that, the vanilla flavor was kind of weird and almost tasted like flour? Also, the Dulce de Leche was more like vanilla ice cream with some Dulce de Leche in it. I will say that the place is very cute and has a very cool design. The clientele was also very friendly and helpful but unfortunately that can't change my mind about the ice cream.

SUPER disappointed in this place! My parents flew in to visit me here in Miami Beach and I took them here for ice cream. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! WAY OVERPRICED, and the serving size was laughable! My pictures attached was a regular cup and over $7!! I got more ice cream on my two sample spoons that I tried before picking my flavors. I even asked the man working, “Wait, THIS is $7?” If I wasn’t in utter disbelief, I would’ve told them to keep it! It wasn’t even a full ice cream scoop. I’ve never seen something so ridiculous in my life. $25 later for 3 cups that looked like this.. Never again!
