Although it was understandable to have only one bartender on a busy Saturday night due to unforeseen circumstances, it was disappointing to see management's lack of assistance in helping the bartender handle the rush. We waited a long time for our vodka/tonics while the bartender focused on making specialty coffee drinks for the dining room customers and milkshakes for the younger crowd at the bar.
