This is Japanese barbecue so there's none of the heavy sauces, no messy face and hands. The protein is lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, so this means you can't hide poor meat behind the marinade. Best enjoyed with Japanese single malt. Or Sapporo beer. Kampai! View all feedback.
