The food was amazing and fresh, the Alfredo sauce was so good too! Dietary restrictions: We have someone with celiac disease and they made sure to take the time to safely prep their food so there was no cross contamination. We had no reaction! Yay!!! View all feedback.
What Ana Rockhold doesn't like about Piccola Italia:
Would have been worth the money it if the pasta and sauce were homemade. The server lied and said they were. We asked another employee and they informed us they aren’t. Truly the fast food of Italian meals but with even less flavor. Mushy boxed pasta, flavorless watered down sauces. Dirty glasses and forks. Will never be back. View all feedback.
Just delicious! The lasagna was so good, and the chicken parmigiana was so perfectly cooked! We loved it.

I moved out of NC and really want a pizza from here. They have not only the best pizza ive ever eaten but also the best calamari. That picture of the pepperoni pizza in the reviews is driving me crazy.
Piccola is our go to Italian. Great food and atmosphere!
