Porter & Luke's - Metairie

It was very cold in the dining room. all the diners stopped their sacks and moans to eat. the food was good, but several items were served cold (fries, pasty with crust sauce.) the service was good, the waiter was friendly and attentive. that was our third time to eat here. I would probably not recommend moving forward because of the environment and temperature of the dining room.

One of our favorites...big appetizers...interesting menu. fun bar. and great eating. we'll go back soon.

Service was very good. Crab dip appetizer was exceptional. Eggplant entree was so-so, rather bland and with microscopic crawfish and shrimp. The ambiance in thus restaurant is not unlike a hospital waiting room. Bare walls, bright lights, noisy-not really a pleasant atmosphere for dining. It has potential, but there are too many other places to eat that much better for the money.

We've eaten here several times and always enjoy the experience. Sometimes it's a bit too loud for my ears but the place is nice and the food is very good. We always get a couple of appetizers and usually try the fish entrees. We'll be going back often.

The reservation times online is incorrect. This is more like a whole in the wall food place where you can use slot machines.
