Starbucks - Mesa

Always enjoy going to the Riverview Starbucks, staff is friendly amd fast, it's right on my way to work...Keep up the good work!!!!!

A large nitro hot tub is mine. I'd rather not pull a flat lid when ordering a whipped cream on my coffee. sometimes it's not. not sure how to specify in the app. food: 4/5

Worse dieucks in the antido to never get online orders right. there is always an empty gap on the cup. as if they evaluate their ingredients and screw people who order online. drinks never taste as good as others dieucks due to wrong mixes

I got an ice soy venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel around the cup, caramel syrup instead of vanilla (they were out). They were also out of cold foam which was a bummer.

We as family of four dine in frequently at Starbucks, Normal we don 't expect this great customer services, Until we make our order from Grace. I was complete blindside by her services, very customer friendly and going beyond her duty, We wanted to recognized Grace her great and friendly service, Grace is a truly asset to Starbucks, if Starbucks have more employees like Grace, the company would gain more repeat customers like us.
