What User doesn't like about Sauce Pizza Wine:
Young girl with long curly brunette hair taking our order needs fired. She was rude and acted like she hated her job and us coming in was putting her out. If you keep her then you are going to lose customers. Food was great though. View all feedback.
My son and I went to Sauce for the 4th and was our first time at this location. I must say I was impressed by the customer service Dashawn gave us. The pasta we ordered took alittle longer than we expected but he made it right for us and gave us 2complimentary cookies and we were happy. He was pleasant and respectful of our time although we didn't really have anythinggoing on. Lol thank you for the excellent customer service!
We ordered our at work last week and I had lasagna. It was so good! So today I ordered again for lunch for three of us. I got lasagna and my husband and daughter got mac and cheese with chicken (supposedly) the Mac and cheese was so dry my husband had tomake cheese sauce so he could choke it down and there was some chicken sprinkled in if that's what you want to call it. However, this isn't even the worst! I got to the end of my lasagna and found PLASTIC! Lord knows how much I ate. Gross.
I have visited this restaurant numerous times in the past and have never encountered any problems. Today, I went for lunch and found that there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant, 2 of whom had already received their food. Despite there being 6-7 employees working, it took 30 minutes to receive my thin crust pizza. Two customers who arrived after us were served their pizzas 10 minutes before us. To top it off, the pizza was burnt and not worth the price.

Additionally, after finishing our meal, we lingered to chat for a while, but received unwelcoming vibes from the staff. In other countries, dining is a leisurely and social experience where customers are encouraged to take their time and enjoy the company. It would be appreciated if restaurants in this country valued the customer experience more.
I rarely give negative reviews because I understand it's difficult to be perfect all the time. I believe that if you put in effort and things don't work out, it's okay. However, my experience at this sauce place was different. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time on a Friday night. The young kid who took my order was friendly and tried his best. But as I was ordering, I noticed the manager or owner staring at my family and me. We had trouble deciding and hearing the menu, which may have been partly my fault as well. When I looked up to greet the manager, I was met with a aggressive stare instead. I was shocked to be in a staring contest with the owner/manager just because I wanted to buy pizza with my family after a long day. In that moment, I decided to leave immediately. I will never return to sauce again. Maybe the manager was dealing with personal issues because I hadn't done anything to provoke him. It was just a vibe he gave off that was intimidating and angry. Even my 11-year-old daughter sensed it. I'm not trying to harm anyone's business. We all have bad days and struggles. But it's important to be friendly and welcoming to customers who choose to eat at your establishment. The staff were great and pleasant. Perhaps they should be in charge and not scare off potential customers with aggressive behavior. That's my honest opinion.
