Jersey Mike's Subs - Mesa

I ordered a portobello steak salad to-go during my lunch break. When I got to work and opened it, I realized there were no mushrooms in it. There was a handwritten note on the bag saying they were out of mushrooms. It would have been nice to be informed about this when I picked up my order, as I would have chosen something else. I was not very happy with this experience.

I would like to express my gratitude to this particular location for their exceptional service! I had an early morning appointment to get my car serviced, which ended up taking much longer than expected - 3 hours instead of the estimated 1.5 hours. By the time my car was finally ready, I was famished, especially being 4 months pregnant and experiencing increased hunger. I decided to order from Jersey Mike's for a quick meal. However, as they were bringing my car to me, an error message came up, resulting in another hour delay. Feeling emotional and starved, I feared my sandwich would be soggy by the time I got it. When my car was finally finished, I went to Jersey Mike's and informed the staff about my late pickup order, opting to buy a new sandwich instead. To my surprise, they kindly told me not to worry about paying for it. It was a gesture I didn't expect and wasn't obligated to receive, but I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. The fresh sandwich I enjoyed tasted delicious as always.

I absolutely adore Jersey Mike's Subs. I visit occasionally, and without a doubt, the food here is the best among all sub sandwich chains. Despite being a national chain, Jersey Mike's has managed to elevate sandwich-making to a personal and skillful art form. The experience is always delightful, especially when enjoying a freshly made sandwich right in the shop. The menu offers an extensive selection of sandwiches to cater to both hot and cold sub lovers. The classic club #8 and #9 are perfect for those seeking a traditional, multi-layered sub, while the chicken bacon ranch melt is a winner for fans of hot subs. One aspect I particularly enjoy about Jersey Mike's is the range of size options available, allowing you to choose between a mini, regular, or absolutely enormous sub sandwich. However, the real star is the customization option known as "Mike's Way," which guarantees the most flavorful experience possible. If you haven't tried Jersey Mike's yet, be sure to do so on your next visit. Additionally, the massive sub is so sizable that it can easily be shared between two people. The staff is typically friendly and accommodating, willing to adjust your sandwich to your preferences. Today's visit was satisfactory, although I sometimes encounter a slight issue with the warmth of the sandwich meat, as they tend to heat it inconsistently. Occasionally, I notice a hint of annoyance from the employees if I request to have the meat grilled on my otherwise cold sub. Despite this minor inconvenience, I always leave with a generously sized sandwich at a reasonable price. If you're a fan of subs, Jersey Mike's is definitely worth checking out.

The first time I visited this restaurant, the service was excellent and the sandwiches were delicious. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and my friend got the Italian sandwich. If you are a meat lover, this is the perfect place for you. The only downside is that it was quite pricey, but the quality of the food definitely makes it worth it.

The portobello mushroom sub at this restaurant is fantastic! The staff are great, but there seems to be some issues with pricing due to corporate mistakes. The computers need to be updated and the correct prices need to be charged. I hope corporate will fix this issue. It would be helpful for the employees to display the correct prices provided by corporate, or for the site manager to review and verify all prices to prevent overcharging. Despite these issues, I am looking forward to my next visit with the hope of correct pricing. Overall, the portobello mushroom sub is fantastic and the people are great. Thank you for your response.
