Chick-fil-a - Mesa

I usually come to this restaurant every morning for breakfast. I am a regular customer and a member of their loyalty program. Today, I decided to dine in instead of using the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I had to wait in line for at least 5 minutes before breakfast service ended. The customer in front of me took a long time to order her salad, and the server had to refill her cup twice because it was dirty. When it was finally my turn to order, the server refused to serve me breakfast, even though I was in line before the breakfast service ended. I was very disappointed by this decision. I visit this restaurant multiple times a week, and the staff always recognizes me. I feel that if someone else had taken my order sooner, this situation could have been avoided. I am certain that if I had gone through the drive-thru, I would have received better service from a different staff member.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant this time. The person taking my order seemed inexperienced. I ordered a Cobb Salad, but it was missing the egg for some unknown reason.

The young woman who took my order outside was unpleasant and lacked any semblance of interpersonal skills. Following my order, she left without a word. The fries were disappointingly soggy, as per usual. I am puzzled as to why they can't be cooked for a little longer.

The mac n cheese here is incredible, when if they bake it. I wanted baked mac n cheese and didn't get any. Other than that, the food here is great! It's always has a long line, though.

I eat here maybe once every few months and it’s always consistent, quality chick-fil-a. I honestly really like their food but my current go to is spicy chicken sandwich with a side of honey and Texas Pete. The staff is super friendly, it gets crazy busy but they are really efficient at moving people through. Love this place!
