I ordered the Fajita Taco Salad substituting Steak. This dish does not survive delivery time well as the tortilla salad "bowl" was soggy and also undercooked. The veg and meat filing was plentiful and cooked properly but lacked any kind of seasoning. So disappointing. What Jay K doesn't like about Margarita Island Mexican Kitchen And:
We ordered from here before and the food was great. Tonight I thought Id try the Carne assada. The picture below was a $26 dish. The beef wasnt seasoned. They left off the pico de gallo, stuffed chili pepper, grilled green onion, and pickled jalepeno along with some other toppings. Steak was like leather. Door dash offered an $8 credit. I wouldnt eat this is they paid me. Very disappointed. View all feedback.

The veg and meat filing was plentiful and cooked properly but lacked any kind of seasoning. So disappointing. If you plan to order this some recommendations: Order whatever can be placed "on the side" and add it after delivery. Have a Fajita or Taco Seasoning blend on hand if needed to augment the flavor. I will try this selection again and hope for improvement!

They werent fried. there was no cheese. and they were so tiny.
This was really tasty with enough food for a second meal. The Flan was creamy, luscious and not too sweet.
The consommé. THE CONSOMMÉ! Ive had my fair share of birria tacos from all over Brevard county and beyond. Most places give you an oily residue of drippings, but this blew my mind. I was going to choose carne asada at first, but I guess my spirit told me to release my trust issues and give these a chance. Seasoned to perfection, and there were bits of meat and cilantro and pepper seeds in it...I had to actually double check my taco to see if the filling fell out! Im so glad I gave some chips because you can literally pick up the rest of the consomme and eat it like salsa or guac. Absolutely fantastic. The tacos themselves you can tell that this wasnt a 30 minute rush job for the meat itself, and I personally am a huge fan of leaving some fat on the meat so I literally had to stand up and pace as I was chewing to fully embrace what Iwas experiencing, it was that unreal. Amazing. The salsa was impeccable, the fajita nachos were spot on. Excellent portions. Ive never been as satisfied from a new restaurant experience as I was tonight. Normally I try to say grace before eating, but I had to give thanks AFTER. This will be my new go to place for Taco Tuesday!
