Big Kahunas - Merrimack

I'm not sure if it was what we got or the day, but our food was very dirty. my man has pulled the slop py with rice on the side and it was bland, big part, but bland. I got the pulled pork sandwich with the ananase in it and the same, the gay had no taste. I ordered a kinderquesadilla when I came in the car, I noticed that it wasn't, it was the kind of chicken meal, my man had already passed it to my daughter, but I also noticed that they forget the juice that came with the child meal, so I went in and let her know that they should have given me the wrong child meal, they had asked me to bring it back. that was her fault, I told her, unfortunately, that my daughter already came into her. she just said oh well I'm sorry, didn't offer a replacement. so annoying. with the service that was inexpensive, and the food supplement I have no desire to waste more money and come back. a so big disappointment because I was looking forward to a Hawaiian inspired eating.

I have a gluten allergy and Big Kahunas offers gluten free options, I have ordered from them multiple times and recently the last two times I have ordered from here they have given me the flour tortillas after I emphasized my allergy, the first time I understood it could be a mistake and the only reason I didn't get sick is because I know the tortillas were the wrong color for gluten free because I had eaten there before. I went again and the same situation happened and when I called to let them know there was no apology or concern I was asked well what do you want me to do. If I didn't follow my gut and question the tortillas I would be horribly sick. My concern is people who have allergies can get very sick and it has not been taken seriously. There needs to be proper training for allergies and don't market the restaurant as having allergy friendly options because people can die from food allergies and they are not taken seriously at this restaurant.

21 bucks later and my food sucked. Plantains we’re ok but the black bean burger was chipotle cardboard and the coleslaw was flavorless. Really a waste of time and money

Stopped in today and got the Cali chicken bowl. Wish I could give more stars! The sweet plantains in it are everything! Will be back!

Granted I didn't really get a bbq item but selling Kraft box Mac and cheese for $10 is ridiculous.
