The food was outstanding. This is the best prime rib I've ever tasted. It's a fantastic dining option for the whole family. The service was exceptional as well; our servers were well-organized, accommodating, and prompt, even with our large group of over 25 people. View all feedback.
The service was satisfactory, but it felt somewhat impersonal and not particularly friendly, though they were efficient in clearing away used dishes. The prices were quite reasonable, but the overall atmosphere reminded me of a cafeteria, with the large seating area lacking charm. It got crowded quickly after opening, but there was plenty of seating available, so we didn’t witness anyone waiting too long for a table. The cook was attentive to the buffet, ensuring that there was always enough food. However, we’re not sure we’ll return, as the buffet felt similar to many other chain buffets without offering anything particularly unique, and the service wasn't especially welcoming. We also noticed that the place is up for sale, which could explain some of these issues. Perhaps new owners or management could implement some much-needed changes.

Castle Hill in Merrillan, WI, is a lovely supper club. The staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the grasshopper cocktail; it was delightful!
First time there ..drove an hour for our anniversary dinner and it was fantastic! Prime rib night..done exactly as ordered, mushrooms were great. Our server, Jessica was delightful and an outstanding server?.even brought us a cupcake for our special date! We will be back!
This is a Wisconsin Supper Club if you are city folk who don?t know what these are, then keep in mind they are not like big city dining establishments. We went here on Saturday prime rib night. The small dining room was packed from 5:30 7pm and frankly the tables were too close together in spots, so you better play nice with your neighbor. Despite being so busy and with the signs warning you about reduced staff, they all did a great job and were attentive for thewhole time we were there. The prime rib itself was fantastic. Extremely tender and tasty. Even the ?small? 12 oz portion is enough for two people. Sides of salad, soup, and potatoes were all acceptable but nothing special. The stuffedshrimp were also tasty and huge. The dinner rolls at the table were more doughy than cooked; maybe that?s intentional?
