As a surprise gift, I ordered a poppyseed povitica for my mother in Pennsylvania. When I called her a week later, she told me that she had received a cranberry walnut povitica instead. I had ordered a strawberry hill povitica. I contacted the company and they asked me to send a picture of the mistake. While this would have been fine if I was the recipient, asking my 92-year-old mother who lives 700 miles away to take a picture a week after receiving the incorrect item (especially since she doesn't like walnuts) seemed excessive. In other words, this company does not seem to prioritize correcting their shipping errors. Many of my relatives who have previously purchased from them have also suggested looking elsewhere due to similar experiences.
