We were looking for a place to have dinner on New Year's Day and initially stopped at a local pub and barbecue, but it was too noisy. Then we headed over to Hideaway Bar and Grill. While the TV was on, the volume was off, so the atmosphere was much more pleasant. We sat at the bar and ordered the Baja Tacos and Mac and Cheese. What User doesn't like about The Hideaway Grill:
I have an hour lunch. I work less than 5 minutes from the Hideaway. We arrived at 11.04am, we were the first cutomers. I ordered chicken tenders fries, my coworker ordered finger steaks and fries. We didn't receive our order in time to eat. At 11.47am we notified waitress we had to return back to work, she than bagged our lunch. I rarely make it out but I have had the opportunity to make it to The Hideaway a few times. I’ve always had a great experience. The food made it out timely and it was wonderful. The drinks were good and always stayed full and the staff were friendly and a good time. I love when you can see people working but enjoying their job as well. The GM Nikki has a lot to manage and still manages to keep the place going. A place that size with that much staff would be stressful to keep going but she does a good job and her staff appreciates her. I will be back.
I absolutely love The Hideaway! My friends and I have been going here for the last 5 years. The employees are always kind and the food is amazing! Since they have opened the new shop it the staff a little bit to get use to the feel of the new and bigger building, but are now back to their normal. You guys are doing an amazing job!
I am so interested in all of the negative reviews I see here. I am going to believe that management is taking these reviews to heart and is making changes for the better. Three of us went for lunch today for the first time, and we were stunned by the size of the portions. The food was delicious! More importantly, the servers we had went waaaay over the top to see that we were happy and well taken care of. As for us, we will definitely return, as it will take a long time to try everything that looked awesome on this very deep menu. I'll be interested to see if today's great experience continues at dinner time, Happy hour, or on weekends. Can't wait to find out!
I always love going to the Hideaway Bar and Grill. The outdoor patio upstairs makes an evening with music so much fun. The music plays until midnight and we dance til we drop. HThe downstairs Bar is huge and their menu is extensive and tasty. Their is also an elevator if stairs present a problem for you . The owner made sure that everyone gets to enjoy the music. If you haven’t been to the Hideaway, add it to the “To Do List”.
Love this place... Great food! I've been going here since the original location... Definitely worth it
