Smashburger - Meridian

The food at this restaurant is amazing and at a great price! The burger I had was excellent, although it was a bit soft. With a few improvements, they could have the perfect takeout-style burger. Their sides are delicious and they give a generous amount of malt. They outshine their biggest competitor in terms of atmosphere, quality, and price. I just wish there was a location in North Washington.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant that didn't break the bank. They frequently have promotions available through their smartphone app or email list. For those on a gluten-free diet, they offer Udis rolls for an additional $1 with all sandwiches. The salads and shakes were delicious. The staff was attentive, friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. They also have terrace tables for outdoor dining on nice days.

The cashier wasn't attentive and seemed impatient with our group of three. Despite having to correct him twice on our two orders, he then asked if that was all. Additionally, the first order was incorrect and the grilled chicken had a large piece of skin on it. However, the food was still delicious.

I have visited this chain before, but I wouldn't make a special effort to return. The burger was delicious, but the bun was disappointing. It fell apart and...

Do not recommend going to this burger place in Meridian. The customer service at this establishment is awful. A mediocre burger paired with terrible customer service makes for a disappointing experience.
