Uncle - Meridian Station

We hit up the pop-up Uncle Ramens Meat n Three at Block Distilling Co in downtown Denver. Wow! Yall. Unbelievable. If you have a chance, check it out.

Edit this was my regular spot and once i started going more often it grew on me Love this place. The ramen is really good. We took the spicy one, and it was great. Great place for going, except the wait times sometimes are crazy, like an hour or so

I love uncle. Always recommend my visiting friends/family go there. The spicy chicken ramen is my favorite.

As a private chef I have a high standard for restaurants and this place has everything a good establishment needs, excellent staff, not a lazy or unprofessional person in the bunch. The food was excellent, everything my group of 9 had said it was 5 stars, ESPECIALLY THE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. Smelled amazing and was a very nice place to relax at the end of a busy day. Even best of all for me it was clean and you could see the kitchen and tell they were sanitary and hygenic All of us would come back for sure!

I ordered the William Bob Thornton cocktail, salmon crudo, and chashu ramen. The cocktail was light and fruity, the crudo was extremely buttery and fresh, and the ramen was some of the best I’ve had in the US. The staff was very friendly and it was an all around great experience.
