Turn-in Bbq - Meridian Station

Found them at Rails End. Had to try a lot. Brisket, Pulled Pork, brisket and pork belly burnt ends. All we’re delicious. Pulled pork was moist and tender, they didn’t over do NC vinegar sauce. Brisket was moist and tender as well. I liked it with stout bbq sauce. Loves the burnt ends. Brisket was some of the best I’ve had (tried it many places), but the pork belly burnt ends were heavenly. Leaner than expected perfect crispness, tender and juicy. Definitely should try the bacon Mac n cheese.

The pork sandwich and green chile were amazing. The homemade sauces were delicious, it was hard to pick just one. The bacon chocolate chip cookie was so good, I was tempted to challenge my boyfriend to a duel for his half. The service is amazing, the guys are so nice.

They are the reason I could never go vegetarian!!! Truly amazing!! Yum!

This was one of the easiest 5 star ratings I’ve ever given (easier than the squatty potty). The burnt ends were so good. You can’t even get burnt ends at most BBQ places. All the sauces are homemade and delicious. The cornbread muffins are mislabeled. They’re more like cornbread cupcakes. Everything we ate was top notch. For those who have kids, my kids had the bacon Mac and cheese and loved it. And of course, cornbread cupcakes.

Phenomenal hot links, miraculous burnt ends, to die for bacon Mac n cheese pork parfait and the coleslaw was great too! Such a nice compliment to a delicious beer!
