Café Zuri - Meridian Station

This place is a gem. My experience at Cafe Zuri is always great , the lattes are always delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. The owners are very nice and The baristas are really great too. I highly recommend this place. Try it and enjoy

Best coffee in the neighborhood, I love to walk here and grab breakfast and coffee. The owners and staff are always wonderful and attentive.

My husband and I decided to stop by and grab a cocktail while we waited for our BluePan pizza reservation. We ended up cancelling our reservation and enjoying an amazing evening here at Cafe Zuri! Great cocktails, romantic evenings full of people watching and just the best atmosphere for a chill night in the upper highlands. Thomas and Marianne were so hospitable and attentive making us feel like they knew us for years! Come and stop by and grab you Czech Mule and espresso martini!

The spice-chai latte was fine, but in no way earth-shattering or worth the nearly $7 it was. But I would have been more ok to pay it had I been able to do work here. Yes, they do have no lap top signs, but considering how rare this is, in my opinion the barista should tell you this before you order…especially if you walk in with a backpack, like I did…and then went and put that backpack down before ordering. Also, it was completely empty and, with all due respect, the policy is probably why. Maybe be a little flexible when no one is there? Or better yet, just have certain hours if the day when no laptops are allowed. Because now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money to be a decent patron, when I would have preferred to stay here. On top of that, the barista was just rather rude. Not usually one to leave a negative review but the whole experience was just really disappointing.
