Asip Coffee Roasters Merced

I was visiting Merced this weekend and had time to make a stop for coffee. I am so glad this is here! I had a macchiato and it had an acidity to it that was not harsh, overbearing or astringent. Also, I liked that my macchiato had a distinction in both aroma and flavor. Thanks for the great experience. I will definitely swing by again while driving through Merced.

I've been here three times since the soft opening, and have gotten lattes all three times. They've been consistent in flavor and quality. The atmosphere here is really calm and clean. Would highly recommend!
