So, I barely stopped shooting a photo before... so delicious cake. the milk coffee was perfect, the service friendly and reserved. the street ambience was very entertaining and also among the guests communicatiw. you have to pay attention to them, or they'll grab the cake directly from the teller. When we arrived, I saw a beautiful piece of earthy roller in the window. I asked for a piece to go. the owner of the woman said briefly: no, we serve only in caffe. we went back two days later and asked for a table. we saw a woman walk in and ask to go a piece and it was given to her immediately. The cake is really good, big portion sizes but overall it is an extremely overpriced and ugly Café (Latte macchiato € 3,80; cake € 4,50) The waiters should have picked different jobs. Everybody’s rude and they make you feel like you’re disturbing their leisure time.
We have visited the Cafe Aida with our two kids on a rainy January afternoon. We had Cappuccino, hot chocolate and different cakes. Everything was really good. Especially the cakes were nice and quite huge. You could have a look at the cakes and order the one you like. For me always the best way to choose. The service was very attentive and very quick. Next time in Merano we will go there again.
Here i had the worst and most expensive strudel of my life. 6€ for a terrible slide of cake in a yellow soup called vanilla sauce . Just horrible. Do not go!

Only in the past, but the cake pieces are huge. one can reach for people.
