What Wayne L doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
Nothing like a big piece of tape in the middle of your burger to ruin your appetite. A couple of years ago this Carls Jr location was really good. Since then it's been getting worse and I've been going less. Today I thought I'd try it again but now it's hit rock bottom. Too bad : View all feedback.
They were burned here by bad eating that we just gave up to go on. we loved carls now, not sure who is good. that hasn't been our own mind for years.
Drive thru is usually quick, never had a problem with missing items and the food never tastes like it has been sitting.
The food is always good but the Minute Maid Lite Lemonade is consistently watered down and flavorless. At every Carl's I go to this is the case. The only other diet beverage option is Diet Coke and I'm not a fan. Carl's Jr should put a little effort into their beverage's like Jack in the Box and Wendy's and get one of those 1,000 choice beverage machines.
There's a young man that works there by the name of Ryan he has very very good PR with the guest if not yet he needs to be a manager
We had a big order tonight and they got it all right. Very friendly at the window.
