What User likes about Pizza Factory:
Moving past that mishap, I had ordered 4 items - 2 meatball sandwiches, a tuna melt, and a calzone. Unfortunately, they were out of tuna and did not inform me until I asked about it. This was frustrating, especially since I was on a tight 30-minute lunch break.

This restaurant used to be great. The pizza was delicious back in the day, but now they overcook it and it turns out too tough. It takes forever for them to make the pizzas now, waiting for 1 hour is just too long. It's not like it used to be, so I won't be coming back here. View all feedback.
