Horrible atmosphere every time I’ve gone here. Uncomfortable feeling of having to listen to locals at the Reform table next to the bar making homophobic comments. Then try and backtrack when they’re confronted. Bar staff did nothing to quash the blatant homophobic remarks either. Won’t be coming back. View all feedback. Beautiful village pub, friendly staff and great lunchtime food. Buttcombe beers to wash it all down. Perfect base to use for a circular walk out onto the Mendips. View all feedback.
